Great job today getting my 2021 fifth wheel clean and shiny today! Months of tree gunk washed away and a smooth coat of wax applied. Start to finish in 6 hours at a very reasonable price. I’m only here temporarily for work. But if I lived here, Tri City would be my go to mobile detailer. I highly reccommend! Thank You!

I am a first time customer with Tri City Detailing services and they really impressed me. I originally called RVA detailing out and between equipment issues and not making the time as promised i decided to call Tri cites detailing services. They came out the very next day on time the man was very outgoing and did an amazing job. Pictures don’t lie and this guy rocked it! I don’t know how many workers are employed at this company, but the older guy (owner’s brother in law?) that scheduled me and came out to detail and buff my car was awful. He was very gruff and unprofessional. I have never used this company before but the reviews looked promising. I was very disappointed with the work. He worked on my vehicle for 3 1/2 hours and when he called to tell me it was done, I went out to inspect the car and there were several things (big things) that I pointed out to him that he missed. He made excuses for each one but did go back and fix it. The first thing was that I had a long (very noticeable) black streak on my drivers door just under the window that had not been removed. I pointed it out to him. He gave me some excuse and then sprayed some cleaner on it and really put some elbow grease into it and it came out (maybe he should have tried that to begin with). Other things were that he missed sections of my car- vacuuming and cleaning. The back passengers side window was all smudged up, the inside door frames and the back of my vehicle had not been throughly cleaned and the back door on drivers sides window control and door panel had not been touched from the looks of it. My back seat did t look like it had been wiped down either. Along with the excuses of why he missed this and that, he started to rant about how hard it was to do detailing and how he works hard and long hours. Some of the things I found after he left. Very disappointed with the job that I paid for and would not use again nor recommend this business.
