Trelora Real Estate

This review is long overdue (purchased my home in March 2014) but that's Deb's fault. If she didn't find me the perfect house so fast, I would have had more free time to do things like this! :) In all seriousness, I can't say enough about Deb and her team at Denver Boulder Real Estate. They worked diligently in trying to locate the houses that fit my criteria. I am a first time home buyer and didn't know what I wanted exactly, but that didn't stop Deb from showing me some fantastic places. She listed to my "wish list" and then used her experience and knowledge of Denver to help me look at locations and homes. On our first full day of looking at houses (I believe Deb lined up 12 to look at), I spotted the house I wanted, and with Deb's help, we made and offer and got it! We even closed a week early so that my family could move in earlier. My first tour of houses, first offer on a house, closed on it in 3 weeks, and under the asking price! It was a whirlwind experience, and when I tell people how fast it all happened, they are amazed (from the time I meet Deb to having the house keys in my hands took less than 6 weeks!). This is largely due to the Deb and her team. Even when the Seller's team screwed some minor things up, Deb was on the phone or sending emails immediately to get them corrected. They are awesome! Again, this was my first home purchase, so I really don't have any personal experiences to compare this to, but I'm pretty sure I hit the jackpot when I walked into Denver Boulder Real Estate and found Deb. I have recommended her to several friends already, and I will continue to in the future. When I go to sell, she will be the first person I call. I've said it several times already, but again, Thank you Deb for the wonderful job in finding us the home that we love...and still love! We still haven't had the house warming party/cookout, but it's coming soon with this cool weather. Jules says hi!

Deb is the best. I am very happy to have been referred to her by a friend. She took a lot of time to find out what we wanted and showed us so many houses that I think I lost count. I love our new house and don't think I would have been able to buy it without her help. She was very supportive through the stress of financing. I can't say enough about what a positive experience it was to have Deb as our real estate agent. If we buy another house in the future, we will definitely come back to Deb.

My husband and I worked with Deb on the purchase of our first home. Overall, we had a great experience- she and the rest of her team members are very knowledgeable about the area and gave great insight/thoughts about the process. We started looking early to really understand what it was we were looking for in a home, and Deb encouraged us to take the time we needed to complete that process. I'd highly recommend working with this office on purchasing or selling a home anywhere in the area.
