Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience. The polish was uneven and placed about half a millimeter away from the cuticle, making it look as if the manicure was already 4–5 days old. The skin around the nails was poorly cleaned, and no shaping was done at all. When I asked about it, the manicurist said, “I don’t do that,” claiming the nails would look flat — which completely misses the point of "Russian manicure". What I received had nothing to do with a proper Russian manicure — only the name and the price were there, nothing else. I will be getting this manicure redone as soon as possible — it’s simply not something I can leave as is. ❌ Proper shaping and precision near the cuticle are key — not just randomly applying polish across the nail surface. On top of that, the manicurist was visibly sick and kept sniffling close to my face without wearing a mask. That same evening, I began to feel unwell myself.🚫 The booking system is also misleading: the website asks for a credit card, which seems like prepayment, but you actually pay in person. The card is only used to charge you in case of a no-show — something that isn’t clearly explained. Overall, I’m disappointed and genuinely confused by the number of glowing reviews. They don’t reflect what I experienced.
