Jake the service manager is awesome to work with. He strives to insure that the work done to your truck is correct and professionally done. Robert the mechanic who worked on my truck and trailer went above and beyond to make sure my equipment was safe for the road. During the inspection of my trailer he found a couple things that needed to be fixed right away. Great job guys and thank you very much!!

Our RV broke down and needed towed and repaired. They let us sleep in their parking lot while assuring us they would take a look at it immediately. Unfortunately, the repair wasn’t within their scope of work. They were extremely kind and gracious to us and treated us like family. They offered rides and services that went above and beyond. I’m thankful for the entire team!

Our 40’ Motorhome lost the bolts that hold the rear end and axle to the frame. They sent out a very knowledgeable and awesome Service Technician who worked very hard at getting the two bolts back in. As he was doing all of this laying on his back in the Motel parking lot. Freightliner is reimbursing us the cost because it was still under warranty. A great round of applause for them to get us back on the road. Thanks for the Great Work!!!
