Péssimo... prometem e não cumprem com o negociado, ha mais de 4 meses estão protelando algo que foi negociado para que fosse feito as portabilidades de todos produtos da empresa junto a outra operadora. Não façam nada se não estiver em contrato. Depois somem e não resolvem!

Me ligaram desta empresa (falei com Anna e Eduarda) , ofereceram um pacote de Internet PJ e portabilidade de telefone, expliquei que não tinha ainda a Internet pq não havia ponto no apartamento. Elas pesquisaram e informaram que tinha 1 ponto disponível. Me ligaram o dia inteiro e acabei assinando os 2 contratos. Resumo, o técnico veio e não conseguiu instalar pq não tinha ponto disponível. Agora peço para cancelar o contrato e eles não se dão mais ao trabalho de responder. Péssima experiência. Aguardo ainda orientação para anulação do contrato.
