Michael contacted my insurance company and it all went smoothly. My wonderful new roof was put on while I was on vacation. I came back and everything was cleaned up, I don't have a single complaint . Dyamond was the rep that worked with the insurance company to get everything approved. She was very efficient, knowledgeable, and all around great service. The roofers where started around 7am and was complete by 6pm. My roof looks awesome. And, they cleaned around my house very good...made sure all of the nails were up. I would most definitely recommend Premier. Awesome customer service and work!!
