I recently moved into my apartment and was extremely disappointed with the condition it was left in. Despite emailing and calling management multiple times, I never received a direct response. The only acknowledgment came indirectly when a third-party cleaning company called me to schedule a cleaning — no follow-up or communication from management at all. It's frustrating to pay full rent and security deposit for a unit that was not move-in ready, and even more frustrating to be ignored when raising valid concerns. Basic responsiveness and accountability should be expected, especially at move-in. Jamie, as mentioned below in my original review, was great to work with during our apartment search and my opinion on that does not change. ...... I am currently making the move from Bucks County to Lancaster and Jamie has been amazing from the start! From first tour to lease signing, she kept us notified and informed on each step of the process, and was quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had. Highly recommend!

From snow to grass these guys are the absolute worst with up keep. This is currently my back yard. Hasn't been mowed in almost 3 weeks. You try and get in touch with them and the receptionist will just tell you the managers in a meeting. Very unprofessional in all aspect of what they do. Wouldn't recommend. It ashame you can't give 0 stars. On top of all this, they raised our quarterly prices, you would think they'd be more inclined to keep up with the maintenance. No, its gotten worse than before. When they do come to mow, they keep the guard on the mower closed and leave skippers and grass clumps all over. Its truly a poor job all around. Avoid at all costs!

Good Day, I recently experienced finding an Apartment in Lancaster City. Trademark Property Management Is the Company I am writing about. My phone contact person, Jamie took my call through the office #. When I obtained the details from Jamie about a local property she extended her personal Help in not only securing the Apartment. But she personally took extra time filing all my documents when I had my own personal difficulty doing so. This experience was ,Well over and above the necessary steps of an Agent .Greatfully we moved forward with the process and moved in the following day ! Now and week later I am thrilled with my place in Lancaster City, Beautifully renovated recently . Another experience...of exemplary customer service. Jamie was quick to answer my emergency call the personally on this Sunday afternoon/Lunchtime . She being out of town l locked myself out of this apartment. Again we took immediate action to contact Richard her manager. Within minutes on this Sunday afternoon I was at the office getting a key to get access to my Home. Richard went out of his way with much coordination from Jamie this day. All the personal Help was over and above normal Customer Service. This experience started with the office manager on my first call and visiting Trademark Property Management .. Friendly, helpful, and professional with a personal touch. 100% . I find this Today to be so important from a customer service point of view. Even Today a company that stands out with personal hand in Today's busy online lifestyle.
