The shoe selection was interesting, and I saw a unique purse I considered purchasing. However, the customer service left a lot to be desired. The sales associates stood behind the register the entire time. Six customers were in the store at the time, and the employees stood behind the register, having their own private conversation. I held the purse in my hand and then over my shoulder in the mirror for several minutes. Two customers shared their thoughts about how the bag looked, but the employees said nothing. No input, not additional information about the brand or bag. This was surprising because the service at The Hive a couple blocks away was fantastic. I left without purchasing anything. Please schedule your best Shoe Hive staff for next year’s Alexandria Warehouse Sale.

I love this wonderful shoe (and oh so much more) shop in Old Town Alexandria. When I visit a friend, we always stop there. This time I bought a fabulous pair of Softwave shoes. They are wonderful walking shoes with a lot of fashion flair. Love them and all the help at the store. They mailed them to me and I received the box yesterday. Go visit The Shoe Hive.
