Always a pleasant experience! Becca is extremely thorough and gentle during her exam and cleanings. She’s incredibly sweet! The office staff are always friendly and attentive. Dr. Rafik has a calm and reassuring presence. He’s also thorough and I feel well informed after being seen by him. As someone who gets pretty anxious at the dental office, I’m very happy here!

My first appointment with the Towson Smile team was SPECTACULAR! From the front desk coordinators, to the dental assistant, to the dentist herself! Amazing! Very personable, I met with Dr.Tori and she is a beautiful soul inside and out, NOT CONDESCENDING or withholding AT ALL (which I have previously experienced at other dentistry experiences unfortunately) and she LISTENED TO ME ACTIVELY. Very hard to find the basics of client care these days and happy to have been connected to this office who prioritizes it as a foundation for professional wellbeing. Highly recommend!

Reception is always welcoming and they have massage chairs. They're always on time, meaning you don’t wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting room. Phenomenal care from the Smile team as usual! They provide a comprehensive assessment, plan and execution. Always professional with a little fun. Always attentive to the facts of possible discomfort and making sure you don’t feel like you’re drowning. 10s across the board. 🤩
