She consistently went above and beyond in each step of the process, and even more impressive, she did it with a great deal of sensitivity and compassion. I hired her to help sell my mom's house. She's 86 and can no longer live on her own. It was very hard for her to agree to sell because it meant a loss of her independence, but Kristina handled this with great care. She did not pressure us in any way and fought for the conditions my mom put in place in order to sell. Kristina also got things done on the property that we didn't have time to do because of my mom's health issues. Kristina did this out of her own pocket, which is unheard of.
