We had a great experience with our recent move. They gave us a heads up when they were on the way, came prepared and got right to work. They know their stuff and did an amazing job, wrapped anything up we hadn’t done ourselves and were very well organized! Great teamwork as well! Friendly group! Would definitely recommend!

Do Not Use This Company I hired 2 Men and a Truck and the entire experience was a bait-and-switch nightmare. •    Late start, billed for their mistake: They drove past my house at 8am, came back at 8:30am, and I was charged for their “lost” time. •    Quote was a joke: I was quoted for 2 movers, 6 hours. Instead, 3 movers showed up (higher hourly rate), and the move took 11 hours. •    Communication failures: Items meant for donation were moved in, workers were disorganized, and the senior staff member left halfway through. •    Hidden charges: A supervisor showed up mid-move and pressured my husband into signing paperwork that added $800–$1,000 more than my original quote without my knowledge. The final bill was $1,200 higher than quoted, nearly double. •    Customer “service”: When I demanded answers, calls weren’t returned. At the office, the owner (Joyce) dismissed my concerns, spoke only to my husband, and even told me “God is right in this situation.” Completely unprofessional. •    Damage: Furniture and the apartment hallway were damaged. Joyce denied responsibility and offered only $200 “compensation.” Bottom line: Unreliable estimates, hidden charges, poor communication, dismissive management, and damage left unresolved. If you want honesty, accountability, and respect for your time and money—do not hire this company.

Very professional moving company, and very easy to coordinate and schedule with. Communication was great before and after, and the move itself was done carefully and correctly. No surprises afterwards. I'd highly recommend Two Men and a Truck for any moving or storage needs.
