I’ve only been to Flow Spa twice but it’s been heaven. I booked the contrast experience both times — a private UV sauna, cold plunge and hot tub for an hour — and my chronic pain feels so much better afterwards. They think of everything you need: there’s a shower in the contrast room, a bathrobe, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, and a lock on the door so you can be completely undisturbed. Everything is immaculate and all details are taken care of. 10/10 recommend.

I had a great first experience at Flow Spa. I’m from out of town and needed relief and relaxation on a whim during my thanksgiving weekend visit. RJ was super knowledgeable and helpful, the space was clean and relaxing and it was super affordable. I’d definitely recommend them and will be back in the future.

Had an amazing experience here booking the sauna/hot tub/cold plunge! The online booking was easy to complete and the tubs were perfect. The sauna could be a little hotter, it’s electric, but the hot/cold plunge tubs were really nice and it was a private room. They have slide sandals to change into at the front. A shower with shampoo, conditioner and body wash was included as well as plenty of towels and two bathrobes. There is a hair care station with product and dryers, which is awesome! Everything was clean and sanitary, I felt really comfortable and will definitely be back! Update: recently went to try floating for the first time and had an equally fantastic experience :) such a relaxing and enjoyable time, will be doing it again for sure!

After my traumatic cancer diagnosis, I was left in disbelief, emotionally and mentally. I thought it would never happen to me since I was so very health conscience. Found out cancer doesn't discriminate! I started researching the benefits of saunas and cold plunges and was grateful to find Flow Spa close to home! It became my go to therapy sessions. I cried in that sauna while detoxing toxins. Until I stepped into that cold plunge which reset my mental and physical body into pure rejuvenation. I came home after every session with mental clarity, energy and the best I'd ever felt. I did it daily until the day before my surgery. I look forward to resuming my sessions once I'm healed enough to return. The staff is beyond awesome, compassionate and accommodating. Love this place. Very reasonable and 100% the best money spent.
