I wanted to share my thoughts on Dr. Martin's recent review. It seems the response from the Owner did not adequately address the accountability of the front office staff. I personally experienced an issue with the front desk, but I was fortunate enough to discuss my concerns directly with Dr. Robinson. She's an excellent doctor, but it's essential that we hold all staff members accountable for their conduct. Rudeness towards both potential and current patients is simply unacceptable. It might be time to consider a significant change in the front office team. Having worked in a medical office myself, I can assure you that such behavior would not be tolerated. We cannot react negatively to reviews; they are not meant to harm the business but rather highlight areas for improvement. If we ignore this feedback, we risk undermining everything you have worked so hard to build. Instead, let's embrace constructive criticism, learn from it, and strive to be better rather than react defensively.

I am sure Dr. Robinson is great, as I have heard great things about her professionally. However, the front desk receptionist is not. I called today to make a new patient appointment and before I could even finish my question "We are not accepting new patients at this time. Your insurance company doesn't know if we are accepting new patients or not, but we are not". I had not even mentioned my insurance company, only that I was calling to schedule a new patient appointment. As a fellow clinician, this is a terrible first impression for new patients or clients regardless. Because of this experience, I have no interest in coming to this clinic, not because of the doctor, but because of the front office staff. We need to remember that the front desk is the first step in the patient experience. I post this review as an opportunity for growth and hopefully correction so that someone who feels less empowered about their health and healthcare will not be discouraged.

Dr Robinson is the best hands down. I have been her patient over 10 years. She is a great listener and has the best bedside etiquette. Her staff is kind and patient and have been with Dr Robinson for many years which says a lot for Touch of Grace. I have recommended many family and friends to her office and everyone one of them share the same feelings about Touch of Grace. It is quality healthcare and you won’t be disappointed.

Phenomenal facility! I have been a patient for a few years and I have always received top notch treatment. I have had the pleasure of seeing several of the staff affiliated with this clinic and I must say, excellent! EACH and every person you encounter in this clinic is helpful. Dr. Brandy spends time explaining in layman terms and answers all questions. She makes YOU the focus of your visit as if you are the only patient she has. You will have her undivided attention. Promise if you make this your PCP office, you will have the best there is!!
