Mixed feelings. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful but I’m very disappointed with the quality of the job for what I paid. I paid 52$ x 2. Once when I made the order and then another to pick up. So over 104$ And it’s crooked. Like not even a little crooked. It’s not lined up. I would have never ever spent this much money for an embroidery again.

If you need customized clothing items I highly recommend Totally Your Stitch. The embroidery work is phenomenal and the delivery is quick. My orders were well packaged too. If you need to ask any questions or need customer service the woman who answers the phone is friendly and knowledgeable. Everything I've received from them has held up just as good as the day I opened the package.

OMG these guys are great! I work with youth teams and I order their hats and shirts from Totally Your Stitch all the time. Their embroidery and prints are very high quality and great prices. I love the customer service I receive. Very professional.
