I have been attending physical therapy sessions at Total Therapy Florida - North Port for a few weeks to treat my frozen shoulder. When I started, I had significant stiffness and sharp pain when trying to move my arm. I could barely lift my arm over my head, not able to reach back to wash my hair! My threapist, Phillip, performed a thorough evaluation and developed a plan including manual therapy, specific stretching exercises, and a home exercise program that are easily accessible through an app on my phone. All the therapists are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and listen to your concerns, asking about your pain and adjusting exercises to your needs. The facility is super clean and the entire staff is friendly and professional. Julie is very accommodating when scheduling appointments - I especially liked being able to add on deep tissue laser therapy sessions. I highly recommend Total Therapy Florida for all your therapy needs. This is the place to go for effective, compassionate care.

My review of Total Therapy is excellent. First, the facility. It is bright, clean, and calming. The equipment is nice and new. They maintain it very well. Next, the therapists. Every single one of them are very kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and have great communication skills. They also are very professional with their appearances. I had success with my upper arm pain. It took me about 2 months, but I attained great strides. I highly recommend Total Therapy of North Port. I had gone there about 3 years ago and also had the same experience with my back pain. When my doctor asked where I wished to go, I didn't hesitate to say TTNP!

My second visit to Total Therapy Florida in North Port in the last 3 years. I can say with honesty and integrity that I thought they did a great job 3 years ago; this time they did an even better job performance in resolving my back problems. I felt the treatment was excellent and at times intense in relieving my back problem that incurred from me falling. The staff concentrated on my back issues and evaluated my performance as I was doing the various activity prescribed to improve my physical issue. I was also given a list of exercises I could perform at home in between treatments, and I continue today. As I write this review, I am able to say that my back problems are gone, and I thank this team in North Port for all they did. Need PT, this is the place to go.
