I've gone here twice asking about free form amino acids capsules and both times the employee working gave me inaccurate information and clearly wasn't knowledgeable about this type of amino supplement at all. And when I tried to explain to them both what they were and how they worked, they tried to debate with me and got an attuide with me at the end because they mistakingly were thinking I was the one uneducated about aminos, but in reality it was them. The employee told me to just get the ones that I was previously was using, but I mentioned earlier that brand discontinued them. So I was in search of another brand of free-form amino acid capsule I could purchase in a nutrition store and that was the reason I came to the store that day. Needlessly to say, I won't be coming back again

This is by far the best supplements store in town. Everyone is very knowledgeable about their products and they offered me a free shaker and some samples. Their vitamins helped me a lot, I have much better sleep and better workouts. I’m back in shape now 💪 Thank you Total Nutrition!
