Austin & JJ from Topline Delivery were outstanding! Had several pieces of furniture delivered & 1 was a very heavy sleeper sofa for upstairs with narrow access. They handled all of it like the professionals they are, with white glove service. We'd give them 10 stars if we could!

I just talked to the owner of, Topline Delivery regarding a delivery that left my custom bed damaged. My custom white bed was left in pieces because the delivery team said all parts were not there. However, when Louie from the furniture store arrived days later to assemble it he verified all parts were indeed there and the delivery team from Topline just didn’t assemble it!! The delivery team refused to wear shoe coverings they didn’t wear gloves and it appears they mishandled and possibly dropped the bed based on its condition. I was explaining all of this to the owner of the company and it was as if I triggered him because he became very argumentative and hostile. So much so I was very concerned for his mental health. I had to pay a $400 delivery fee for a damaged bed in pieces and then this follow up call with the owner that was extremely toxic and he hung up on me. I wish I could reverse this and never, ever done business with Home Place Furniture or Topline Delivery….nightmare Please be aware and do not use them!!!

We have been referring Topline for years. There have been a few hick-ups but they have been reliable for the most part. Until now. When we gave them a heads up on the phone that the piece our customer bought was large, heavy and fragile requiring extra care the dispatcher refused the job. He told me that if it was that fragile he doesn't want to move it because he might have to buy it if they break it. I tried to tell him that some other professional movers had just brought it to our shop a couple weeks ago without damage, and I was trying to explain to him how they did it successfully so that he could send his guys with the right equipment, supplies and instructions, but he let his ego and fear of an insurance claim get in the way of a relationship that we've had for many years with this company. So, we will let everyone in Sellwood and all across Portland's antique community know NOT to call Topline with their big, heavy and fragile pieces because they can't handle the job. Why would we even enlist a professional unless it was a difficult delivery?

Nick and his colleague from Topline just finished delivering several pieces of very heavy wood furniture. They were terrific! They called ahead to ask if it was OK to arrive earlier than planned which we were very happy with! They were courteous and extremely careful wearing masks the entire time. They kept a safe distance from us and one another while assembling and properly placing the furniture in the rooms. I’m extremely impressed with the care they took and their professionalism. I would highly recommend Topline delivery!
