The shop is good the staff are very good friendly polite and knowledgeable. The parking is a bit rubbish there is a loading bay over the road. But the absolute plank that they sent out with my stuff needs to go on an intensive two week course to learn how to use a map. I had to literally talk him to where I was on the phone. And then he rings me up after he's left and says he needs a photograph of the stuff I didn't take a photograph. So I'm like okay that's nice I've already started using the stuff but if you wanna come back and take a photo take a photo. And then I never heard from him again. 🤷‍♂️

I was just in the store on 29.07.24 at 15:30 I asked for some painting tools and the guy who was there didn't help me. I'm a painter and I don't want to go back there anyway. I'll tell my friends not to go there.

Ordered items not actually available in store, despite confirmation at order stage and confirmation texts received, for two recent orders. Staff disinterested in attempting any prompt solution, poor follow-up when re-ordered. Poor use of time, so I'll shop elsewhere.
