On my first visit to Tonic Salon, despite it being a very busy day, Anthony took the time to ask many questions before starting to cut. As a result, I got the haircut that I was hoping for. It’s very easy to maintain and feels good. Very grateful! Looking forward to going back.

Although my haircut experience went well I am extremely disappointed in their professionalism. They have cancelled day of for me twice now - which I can understand for some circumstances but for the only two haircuts I booked to both be cancelled last minute it’s worth just going somewhere else since they are extremely unreliable. UPDATE : Thank you for the response, the second appointment I booked was for my significant other whose appointment was also cancelled day of. I called and scheduled it, but it was not under my file. Not sure I see battling it out in Google reviews as professionalism considering you have my phone number on file. I can be sympathetic to one cancellation but two DAY OF is directly uncalled for especially when I recommend this service to other people. Google reviews are an excellent way to get know a business therefore I have a right to express my opinion on the services.

Have been coming here over the last few years and most recently had a wonderful haircut and blow dry by Wayne. Did a great job with close attention to detail - he is experienced in curly hair and did a very nice cut for my curls.

I've been coming to this place for years and love almost everything about it. My hairstylist Serena is passionate about what she does and always strives to make your experience a pleasant and relaxing one. She's the best! I've also gotten countless facials and was always super satisfied. I love their skin care products. Furthermore, one of their managers, Ghyslain, should get an award for customer service; thank you for going the extra mile and making sure that your customers are always satisfied.
