Toni & Guy has always been my go-to, but my first visit to the Model Town branch was a mixed experience. ✅ Zain, the hairstylist, was excellent—he listened carefully, was friendly, and gave me a perfect haircut. ❌ Poor management—they don’t take reservations, and when I arrived at 5 PM, it was packed. The receptionist kept saying “Just 5 minutes” instead of giving an actual wait time. After 15+ minutes, I had to complain to the manager to be accommodated. ❌ Preferential treatment—regular customers were served first, which felt unfair. ❌ No tea/coffee offered, which is expected at high-end salons. ❌ Expensive—PKR 3,150 for a haircut is a lot, especially with this service. While the haircut was amazing, the management needs serious improvement.

I have naturally curly hair, and I really appreciated that Raza took the time to understand my hair texture before starting the cut, rather than rushing into it. The result looked great.
