I had my hair done with Nicole and she is incredible! By far one of the best stylists I have ever come across, she thoroughly looks at the way your hair grows, feels and sets etc, and cuts to suit all of this. She talked me through different styles, and constantly asked for feedback and made sure I was happy! She’s an absolute queen! Dani does my eyebrows there too, and she is also another absolute gem, and honestly is incredible! Again, always making sure I’m happy and asking for feedback, and super intricate and thorough! A true perfectionist. Both of them some of the loveliest people too! My absolute favs <3

Just had a really upsetting experience here. I have never ever complained about a place before but I feel compelled to because Glitch are so expensive. I booked for a colour ahead of my sister's wedding and the results are so different from what I asked for. I showed them photos of a previous colour and said over and over again that I just wanted to replicate that. The result is so different on every level. Attaching photos of the blonde colour which I asked for, and the dull grey colour I got. They have refused to help correct it and are not offering a refund. They said I was at fault because I 'signed off' what they said at the end of the consultation to something that was different to the photos, but I completely disagree and was sat there, photo in hand, repeatedly pointing at the picture saying 'I just want this'. The gutting thing is I have no time to get it sorted before my sister's wedding.

I came into Crisp to have a piercing put back in. I was advised by the receptionist that this would be fine and was booked to come back the following day. However, when I arrived, the piercer asked what information I needed, and after I explained, she immediately said she was unable to do it due to where the piercing was located. She asked when it had come out and did not even look at it before making a decision. I felt that my time was completely wasted. I was given an appointment for something they couldn't actually do. I don't understand why I was booked in if it wasn't possible. It seems clear that all staff should have at least some basic training or knowledge about piercings so they can give accurate information. I later went to another piercing studio who were shocked that I had been turned away, especially since my piercing had only partially healed (around 30%) and the hole was still open and visible. While I understand that every studio may have their own policies, it’s important that all staff are properly informed to avoid wasting customers' time. Very disappointed with my experience.

Had a great experience getting my hair cut by Lisa! I can get pretty socially anxious so hair cuts can be hard for me. I liked that I could fill in the consultation form before the appointment so I could write out what I wanted, I find it easier to communicate this way. Lisa was really great and asked clarification questions which made me feel like she really understood what I wanted. Loved the massage chair when she washed my hair. I'm really happy with my cut!
