I spent a lovely 3 hours at this salon . The hospitality of the staff is excellent. They care to all your hair and other needs. MR.ZAHIR the hair stylist stole the show, he transformed my dried, damaged hair into a luscious, gorgeous .5 stars! Excellent service! I was really impressed with ZAHIR skill and attention to detail. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and executed it perfectly. He gave me the best Haircut and Highlight I've had in a long time. He was incredibly skilled, attentive to detail, and really listened to what I wanted. The atmosphere in the salon was relaxed and friendly. Highly recommend!" They had amazing packages and a lot of offers going on. What sets this Salon apart is their dedication to customer satisfaction. They take the time to understand your needs and offer expert advice to enhance your look. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and already planning my next visit! I recently visited (on 13.03.2025)Toni & Guy Salon with the expectation of getting beautiful reddish highlights. I specifically requested highlights, but unfortunately, Mr. Zaheer, the stylist, ended up doing a global red color instead. This was not at all what I asked for, and I was extremely disappointed with the outcome. I trusted the expertise of a reputed salon like Toni & Guy, assuming that they would carefully listen to their clients’ needs and deliver the desired results. However, my experience was far from satisfactory. Instead of subtle reddish highlights that would enhance my hair, I now have an all-over red color, which is not what I wanted. To make matters worse, the salon staff did not acknowledge the mistake or offer a proper solution. When I pointed out the issue, there was no attempt to rectify it in a professional manner. Given the premium pricing and reputation of Toni & Guy, I expected better service, attention to detail, and accountability. This experience has left me highly dissatisfied, and I would not recommend this salon for hair coloring. If you’re looking for highlights, Plz avoid Toni and guy Newtown,Axis mall branch and avoid Mr. Zaheer.

During my recent trip to India, I got a haircut and absolutely loved the experience. The stylist was amazing—she really understood my curly hair and the kind of look I was going for. I wanted something stylish yet low-maintenance, and she nailed it. I’m so happy with the final result! Can’t wait to go back on my next visit.

Fraud outlet! Pathetic service: They will apply a mask worth 100-200rs and make you sit for an hour and do absolutely nothing else for 2500rs!! They will agree to one price before providing the service and increase it while billing. They will agree to honour Toni&Guy vouchers before service and later deny it. Zero professionalism, zero standards, negative competency, highly unethical outlet just out there to squeeze money out of customers by hook or bg crook. Hard pass!!
