I will have to rate 1 star this time , I have placed and order to pick up 1 vehicle from copart in Houston tx , I ordered Thursday, they were supposed to pickup on Monday or Tuesday and comes Thursday they haven't picked it up , now I'm paying almost 60 dollars in fees from the auction , Not recommended , they will take longer than expected, and will blame it on anyone else . I had issues like this before with this transport company , but never wanted to post a bad review !!! Guys do your research before ordering from them .

I don't recommend them at all, and be careful with them، my car key fob was stolen from my truck. I have placed an order through them Monday 3/2/25 to transport my truck Nissan Titan S 2018 from copart auction Shreveport Louisiana to fort Worth Texas, in copart auction pictures and videos shows the key fob hanging in zip ties in steering wheel and also in videos shows the truck runs. BUT when I got the truck the key was missing. When I called them to ask about the key hanging in steering wheel ,they said the key hanging on the steering wheel and we took pictures for the key before the truck leaves the yard when we dropped, I asked them to send the picture they took, they sent me a picture doesn't show what's hanging in zip ties,only part of the zip ties ،MAKE me wonder what's the idea of taking a picture of the key if the picture shows only the zip ties not what's hanging in the zip ties , showing only the top part of the zip ties. It is going to cost me more than $300 . I did add the picture Tom's have sent me to their photos gallery to proof my point. I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL

My truck got here earlier than expected 👍I was glad it was on a smaller transport trailer with just 2 other cars. I was very satisfied 😃
