If you’re lucky enough to work with Booz, yes Booz is his real name, you’re in good hands. In a world where nobody seems to care… Booz actually does. Yes there were problems, but Booz was the solution. True to his word, he took the time to make the calls to get things sorted out for me with a smile on his face. Technology, promotions, billing are always going to have issues. It’s takes a human that cares to make the difference. Thanks Booz. You were the difference today.

The employees are very experienced and provide ample assistance when setting up or making changes to plans and are knowledgeable about current products! Sandra, the store manager, is always polite and helpful with any questions or needs I personally have had. SHOP HERE. THIS IS A VERY GOOD T-MOBILE LOCATION.

Joana was extremely helpful and so friendly towards us today. We live in Naples but heard this was the best T-Mobile store around! They were correct. So glad we visited the Marco Island store. When our new phones come we will visit them to help us set them up. We are senior citizens and these ladies (don’t recall the other very nice young lady there’s name) went over our account and phones and explained everything to us in “our language”. Thank you ladies, for all your help.

My trip to the store (#595D) today was very pleasant. I was taken care of by Erika who was very pleasant and extremely helpful. The other sales clerks were also professional and eager to serve. I maintain my contract with T-Mobile not only because of the cell service but also for the great customer support they offer. I was a past Verizon & AT&T customer and not too happy with their CS. T-Mobile is definitely better at Customer support.
