These Reviews had me concerned.. but this shop came thru. Nothing more added like some shops trying to work the system. Honest work done here. It was a part replacement covered under warranty. By the time I choked down my breakfast biscuit it was completed. Back on the road to run another load. Thank You: from the front to the shop: Much Appreciated. Side Note: Decent breakroom. Reclining chairs. Even 2 Quiet labeled rooms. 2 clean restrooms. A TV but no channels downloaded. That’s ok though because I made two new friends (Owner Ops), had excellent conversations just sitting out front under the canopy.. turns out one hauls weekly where I’m from and the other one lives where I’m from. Small world. **Gate closes at 1800** **Some room to park trailers over to the right when you first come in. About 10 spots with 3 easy to get in lol.

Took one of my trucks in for a simple PM. Arrived at 0900 and didn't leave until 1500. Nothing was wrong with the truck but they charged $1300. Never again!

I had a very good experience here. George was my service advisor and was very helpful and accommodating with a concern I had (low reefer fuel) while there. They had me up and rolling the next day from my red stop engine light and so far so good. Good people!

Tried multiple times to give my business to Trey Bell the area manager as a business owner purchasing tri axles. He tried hard to push me to get approved for two and when the down payment wasn’t what I was willing to pay and asked for financing on one truck he ghosted me. Tried calling him again after purchasing a Mack because I still had my heart set on a kenworth and he gave me the same story about him bringing two trucks into the shop for inspection he could work a deal for me on and again he ghosted me. I can put two and two together. He was disappointed with me not buying two tri axles and disappointed I purchased a Mack. Sales is about the customer relationship. I won’t be consulting with Trey for anything further. He cares more about bragging about his own life and luxuries than the customer.
