Khaled MostafaI had an unsatisfactory experience at Tire.ae. I got my tires and TPMS sensors replaced, and I was informed that each sensor would cost AED 25. After picking up my car, I was told that the sensor data would appear within 10-15 minutes. However, after driving for 30 minutes, the data still didn’t appear. When I called the shop, I was informed that the sensors had not been programmed, as they assumed it would happen automatically. Since that wasn’t the case, I had to return to the shop. Unfortunately, the staff appeared to have difficulty configuring the sensors using the OBD and MaxiTPMS tools. Additionally, I was asked to pay an extra AED 150 for 5 minutes of programming, despite initially being told that the sensor installation was covered. This was unexpected and added unnecessary inconvenience. I personally expected a smoother and more professional service, which was not the case from the team
Catalin TrifanI purchased 2 tires from Tire.ae and had them installed professionally. However, just two months after installation, one of the tires tore due to what appears to be a clear manufacturing defect. When I reached out to claim the warranty, they outright refused to replace it. To make matters worse, the experience dealing with their supervisor was horrible—completely unhelpful and dismissive. I expected better customer service and responsibility from a company selling safety-critical products like tires. Very disappointed and would not recommend based on this experience.
Sonal LakhaniOla managed my Audi A4 last week and he did an amazing job on my 11yr old car!! He did an oil filter change, replaced rear and front brake pads, changed all 4 upper arm bushings. All new parts. He also reset my computer checkup warnings! Car is operating as good as new. Ola has skill and he can handle any car from my experience with him. He is smart, works fast, commits and delivers the job on time and his rates are affordable for his workmanship on the car. Highly recommend him. My car feels better after he touched it. Will definitely use him again! Great job Ola!
