Where do I start? Mr. Ilias Cervantes, my salesman, and Mr. Bill (who I believe is the Sales Manager — and if not, he definitely should be!) were absolutely outstanding. Mr. Cervantes took the time to truly understand my needs and was mindful of my budget. He was patient, respectful, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle. Both he and Mr. Bill were upfront and honest about the payments and the entire process — no pressure, no fast talking, just honesty and professionalism. The atmosphere at the dealership was warm, welcoming, and comfortable from start to finish. I highly recommend Mr. Cervantes to anyone looking for their next vehicle.
