Ich war jetzt öfters in dem Laden Wolle kaufen und muss erstmal sagen, dass es ein schöner Laden mit hochwertigen Garnen ist. Das war es dann aber auch schon. Am Anfang war die Dame bei den ersten Einkäufen noch einigermaßen freundlich, aber der letzte Besuch, war auch tatsächlich der letzte Besuch. Ich verstehe nicht, wie man so einen Laden führen und gleichzeitig so kundenunfreundlich sein kann. Man kommt rein und auf die Begrüßung folgt keine Antwort - ok, jeder hat mal einen schlechten Tag. Aber wenn man dann angeschnauzt wird, was man denn jetzt kaufen will - da hört es auf. Und wenn eine andere Kundin etwas länger braucht, werden die Augen hinter ihrem Rücken verdreht. Schade, ich fand den Laden wirklich toll, aber dann bezahle ich lieber den Versand und spare mir die Entschuldigung, dass ich frecherweise Geld da lassen möchte!
