Time recruitment use to be a great agency, unfortunately now they're unprofessional. Irina and many of the office workers have poor communication skills, with no manners when dealing with staff. However I believe there's always room for improvement. I hope that one day, they correct their mistakes. Sumit knows better, but he's slacking as well. I still believe that there's potential in bringing back high standards and quality service. This is just my personal opinion, I still recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY!!! they are the worst agency I have rang! I spoke to a woman on the industrial line and all she was going on about was me not being on the data base and she had the worst attitude, and she was foreign she has not got 1 single brain cell.

Not had a very good experience with this agency. Got offered a job at toolstation Middleton, done a 2 hour induction and was told they would call as soon as they have trainers available, been waiting 3 months for work now. Every time I call they can’t say very much and that I should call back tomorrow. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to look for work with this agency as I’ve had my time wasted. Many other friends have had this issue aswell.
