We met Jason Old from the Welcome Home Team at an open house and were immediately impressed by his openness and honesty. After listening to what we were looking for, he took us around that open house showing us specific things he thought would make it NOT right for us. We gave him our contact info and he sent us 3 other promising houses in our price range the same day. After that Jason continued to show more hustle than any of the other 3 agents we'd briefly worked with before. Jason continued to send us promising properties to review and continued to be EXTREMELY responsive to any request to view a property for the duration of our 1.5 month home search, usually getting us in to see properties the same day we requested, and on a couple of occasions even the same hour. We ended up seeing 10-15 homes with Jason before finding our perfect one, but he never showed any sign of frustration or trying to rush us, and kept up the same great energy through the whole thing. He's got an amazing personality and is extremely easy to work with, and as far as I can tell the rest of his team at Welcome Home Team are just as great as he is. (He and his team managed to find us a free washer and dryer from another home whose new owners were bringing their own, and two of Jason's colleagues even delivered it to our new house TOTALLY FREE OF CHARGE. I'm sure they can't guarantee the same for everyone, but that should give you some an idea of how dedicated Jason and the whole WHT team are to their clients!)

I have worked with Corrine when buying a new house a few years ago and now selling my rental property. Even while I had renters she was always willing to take the time to help me with rental property questions . Corrine always makes the real estate buying/selling process very easy. She is extremely knowledgeable, hard working and honest! During the inspection process she made all the arrangements for roof and plumbing repairs taking a lot a stress off of me. She went back to the house and took extra pictures, did extra open houses and also had a great team of co-workers that assisted with the transaction. She always has her clients best interest in mind and that kind of integrity is why I am, and will continue to be, a repeat customer!
