I am no longer fearfull, or have anxiety before or during my visits. He is extremely gentle and precise with his craft. But what has really stood out to me is how amazing they have been with my young daughter. They recommended bringing her in a couple of times just to get comfortable—letting her sit in the chair, open her mouth, and ease into the experience without any pressure. That thoughtful approach made all the difference. This week, she had her first actual cleaning, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff was so patient and kind, making it fun and exciting for her.
