This used to be a store where excellent service was the norm. I drove from out of town for years for the customer service, confident that I would be satisfied with my purchases. I appreciated the staff and knew them by name. They were very professional, always gave their business cards and took great pride in their work. I stopped going a few years ago because the last time I went I was deliberately misled by the sales staff. I asked if they had a common t shirt nude bra that I had typically purchased (several of) each year. Instead of saying no, they said yes, handed me everything but and assured me the lace ones wouldn't show through silk blouses. I spent over $700 and every single I purchased was visible through silk, cotton, etc. They lost a long time customer over this. It is a poor business practice to trick customers just to make a sale. Since they added tipping to the checkout I guess that motivates the clerks to push anything on people. The "suggested tip" for my purchase was over $50 and when it was time to pay, all 3 staff came and stood at the counter even though only 1 had spoken to me. The culture of the store had completely changed and so had the staff since I was there the year before. I now shop at Bliss Bras and Greta's Flair in Hamilton who have consistently provided excellent service. The first time I was at Greta's Flair they told me upfront they didn't have what I needed in my size and then called Bliss Bras to ask if they did and referred me there. Their honesty and transparency was respectful of my time.

I came in looking for a particular brand and style they carried and she understood my preferences enough to encourage me to try on other options. I was very impressed with the different selection I tried - to date the best fitting and experience I have ever had!

Great experience as always at Linea Intima! I bought numerous bras there two years ago and Beata was able to easily find my account as I wanted to purchase one of the same bras. She also showed me some new items so I went home with two instead of one! The staff are always so professional, helpful and friendly every time I visit. I would highly recommend - they have super cute sleepwear too!

Came in looking for covers that would not show under my dress and bought the recommendation provided by the staff. The covers showed very clearly under my dress so I went back the next day to return. The staff was quite rude and refused to do anything about it. After some back and forth they agreed to talk to the manufacturer and I would only hear back about the refund once the manufacturer has issued a response (which is ridiculous). They called back saying all they can offer me is store credit, which I accepted however I still have not received. In summary they gave me a bad recommendation, refused the fix it and did not provide me the store credit that was promised (they also took the item back so I don't have that either). Would not recommend.
