Absolutely fantastic customer service. I was going from Wales to Scotland and a fault flashed up. Stopped at a depot in Wales who couldn't even find the time to plug the computer in to assess the fault. Rang these, asked if I could pop in in a couple of hours, explaining the situation. Yes, they said, pop in and we'll have a look. So I did 2 hours later. After 20 seconds at reception they knew who I was, asked me to drop the trailer and they'll be with me. 10 minutes later someone comes, collects the lorry, and I'm off to the waiting room. Free beverages from a machine. Some fella even bought me a cup of water as I had a cough. Half hour later all fixed. Genuinely friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that I wasn't given the details to leave a review, and win a jacket.
