Walked in to order cookies to bring home for a special occasion. I had ordered from them the day prior and had zero issue getting 2 Dubai chocolate cookies to go in addition to the regular cookies they had on order. Other customers prior to me had no problem purchasing them either. The following day, I went back to order a few more cookies to take home but was refused the ability to buy the same Dubai chocolate cookies I was freely able to purchase the day before. The young man behind the counter couldn’t explain why other than ‘my manager this… my manager that…. And sometimes we don’t have them in store.” I bought a few in the case and left. Then I decided to try to order through DoorDash. Guess what they now magically have in stock for purchase? I walked back in 30 minutes later and the same young man laughed as I gave him my name for pickup and was talking excitedly about the cookies. He didn’t even remember denying me the ability to buy them earlier. Cookies are fantastic but customer service is trash. Why lie and deny your business potential income? Why can I only order them on DoorDash and not for walk up? Yikes.
