Opened a unit to hold all of our decorations for different holidays, then opened another unit when our house got water damage. We had to pack out half our house! Not only did the storage center help me find a suitable unit, which accommodated perfectly, but the rate was so reasonable. The security on the building makes me feel so much more comfortable as a woman doing stuff on my own. And they take food and drinks in the building very seriously to avoid ANY vermin. I wish the rates would lower but I know in this economy that's not likely to happen. But this place is worth it.

Tidewater Drive Storage Center is the BEST!!! I originally only planned to be there a few weeks, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I ended up renting much longer. Lynn has been VERY understanding of my situation and has been great to work with! Not to mention, this storage facility is the cleanest, provides many great amenities, and has more than enough climate control. I was surprised to find that they have been the cheapest option in the nearby area, despite having all of these benefits! I've absolutely LOVED renting from them - when I was going through a rough time, they turned it into the BEST case scenario!!

Amazing staff, super helpful in explaining the different unit sizes. I had reserved online, and the unit was too small for what I needed. So Robin helped me upgrade. I have rented here before, and this is the cleanest storage center I've ever seen! The lights go on as you walk in. There's music playing in the background. It is very secure, so you never have to worry about your belongings. Five stars all the way!!!

I don’t know where to begin honestly. I was having one of the worst days I’ve ever had. I was in full panic mode over irrelevant things and the employee at the storage center (Robin) helped me. She didn’t just get me a storage unit, but she also put a smile on my face when it seemed impossible. Tidewater Drive Storage Center is very lucky to have her working with customers.
