Klaudia PiasecznaThis massage is excellent for releasing muscle tension, but be prepared—it's a strong, deep-tissue massage focused on loosening tight muscles. Only go if you're ready to handle some intensity, as it can be a bit painful during the session. The place itself has a very unique vibe, and while no one spoke English, French, or Dutch, you can still manage to communicate enough to get what you need. Despite the language barrier and the quirky setting, the quality of the massage makes it absolutely worth it.
ratqueenWent in for accupressure....ended up being told I was going to receive a massage. I asked the lady what she'd recommend for nerves overall and she said the massage, but that she'd combine "techniques" to me, and I think that was mainly because they were unprepared for acupressure. However the lady performing the massage could not speak English so I have no idea if this was communicated or not during the session. For 20-30 minutes loud music next door neighbour was interrupting my session(not their fault, but they should have communicated that to me before the session, or not do it during that hour). I wanted to leave after 30 minutes but they insisted the music would stop, which eventually it did, and were very reluctant to let me leave to pay for just 30 minutes. In hindsight I wish I did but stayed out of politeness. However 20 minutes with loud drumming when trying to relax is too long in a massage parlor that's a third of the experience ruined, and I have no idea what treatment I received.
Marit VosasteI got the "Sport deep tissue massage", only for my back, shoulders & neck (+ head massage was an improvised extra) because I had unbearable pain and tension in that area of my body. I came out as a new person. I'd recommend to overcome & set aside any potential cultural/language barriers or aesthetical expectations (as per some previous comments) because a massage session at this centre is definitely worth it.
