Connie MorrisMy Beagle was having what turned oit to be heart problems and Banfield was able to get him in fast that same day within an hour. The employees were so helpful and super nice and explained everything so well. The Vet initiated medication that I purchased. The meds worked well and took him back about 2 weeks later for recheck and I signed up for their "Senior Care" program. The Vets and all the personnel at Banfield were and always are great and very cheerful even when I ask for help as I have problems walking. Also Banfield was and has always been VERY CLEAN. Plus there are no animal odors either. The cleanest Veterinary place I have ever been and so very glad. As long as all these great conditions last including them very much helping my Beagle I will keep going to the Norman, OK store. Very very happy with Banfield. Thank you to everyone at the Banfield store. There is no better service.
