Customer experiences

Worst experience I’ve had with a business in my life. I placed my order 4.5 months ago. I understand that there were issues getting licensing for logos. Although frustrating, I can respect that delay. I finally get my order after a little over 3 months and 2 of the 4 items were misprinted. After many attempts to reach out and get this resolved, I finally get the reprinted items. One of them was still wrong!!! I can be understanding to the production delays and one misprint, but two?! Absolutely unacceptable.

Update: my order did finally arrive 3.5 months after I ordered but they did not provide expedited shipping or a discount as they promised. Next week will mark 3 months since I placed my order. Every time I request an update I get a response that says “next week” yet I still have nothing to show. I am beyond disappointed in the customer service and definitely do not recommend.

Absolute worst experience i have ever had in my life ordering a product! It was almost exactly 3 months of navigating this ordeal before I finally spoke with someone from the company by phone, her name was Deb from accounting and she was a god send so i was very thankful to have spoken with her. But the jist of my experience is that my child's IPS school uses this maker for their uniformed shirts as we were a new family joining the school i placed an order with them of only 4 shirts to get my kids "started" I'm realizing now these 4 shirts may be the only school approved shirts they ever own because I'm not certain if I placed another order that it would be fulfilled, anyway this was in October (today is January 13th the day I am expecting to get my order) the school had warned that other families have dealt with long wait times before orders were being met which I obliged but after about a month starting asking questions to the school who gave me a phone number for the seller (mind you I had no idea this was a local company I had no information for the name of said company up until this point) after calling almost daily for about a month with no response at this point we are nearing December and I decided to try and dispute the charge with my bank only to find out the seller contested this and I was denied a refund. Obviously I was livid that after a month of calling with no communication made once ever they were challenging my dispute (clearly 2 peoples personal cell phone numbers btw that are their "business lines" i guess?!?!) I truly have never felt more like I had been scammed in my life! But I did not give up calling, I called the school everyday to remind them my children each have 1 approved shirt for school despite having placed this order months in advance and I typed up a letter for IPS administrative board to be made atleast aware of what families are experiencing and one day by some insane chance of luck Deb (from accounting) answered the phone. She was apologetic and gave excuses as to why or what occurred none of which actually mattered because I know this was not an isolated incident but it did help to reassure me I had someone on the other line who was willing to make it right. Within the evening after speaking with her I recieved tracking information to my email. I still have not recieved my items but should be arriving today otherwise I will update this review.

Every person we speak to "when they finally respond" gives us the run around. It's to the point where it is disrespectful. Not treating people the right way. Very bad business practices. Do not use these folks they are very confused.
