We visited Thrive Yoga on a friend’s recommendation and absolutely loved it. The studio has such a welcoming vibe, with a boutique full of beautiful things and a practice room with gorgeous hardwood floors full of character. They provide every prop you could need, including high quality Manduka mats to borrow at no charge, which is such a thoughtful touch. The owner is so friendly, and both teachers we practiced with were excellent. As a group of traveling yogis, we felt right at home here and left feeling inspired. Highly recommend!

This is my all time favorite yoga studio! The instructors are terrific. The variety of classes offered is outstanding. Lilivanti has created a wonderful community that I am so happy to be a part of. Cant wait to get back on the mat!!

Thrive Yoga is an incredible yoga studio with thoughtful instructors and a welcoming vibe. Jen's Iyengar classes are truly life changing for my body and Lilivati's flow classes are the perfect mix of grounding calm and invigorating movement, with some smiles and wisdom thrown in! Highly recommend to practitioners of any level looking for a place to practice in CB.
