Dr. Peter is great — he listens and genuinely cares. But the MOAs are some of the worst I’ve dealt with. Referrals get lost, follow-ups are ignored unless you chase them down repeatedly, and they even refused to tell me where I was referred “for confidentiality” — until I pushed hard enough. In a system where specialist wait times are long, this kind of carelessness is unacceptable. I'm not going back to this clinic solely because of how unreliable and unhelpful the front desk is. Disappointing, because the doctor is excellent.

Joyce Carepoint has really turned things around! It used to be super busy, and the staff often seemed stressed and unhappy. But now, the customer service is top notch, the professionals are friendlier, and the whole clinic feels more positive. It’s cleaner, more organized, and no longer chaotic since it’s no longer a drop-in. And the small makeover of the place makes a big difference. Great job to the team!

Whenever I've tried to see my PCP at this location, I've had to book a minimum of two months out. When I come in, my PCP is not prepared (they have not reviewed notes, nor do they seem to have a working memory of our relationship). This is not the standard of care I expect from a primary care clinic, and I regret very much that I accepted a placement here.
