The staff are very pleasant, the store is very well kept. They must have a new manager or staff because the last time I shopped there it was very disorganized, you could see a decent amount of dust balls around the floor, alot of merchandise on floors rather then cleaned up and back on shelves/racks.. it has improved alot... the staff seem to be upbeat.. I give credit to management and the staff for improving the overall store... keep up the amazing work.

We've been shopping here for years, and the new management this year is fantastic. You can really see a difference in the employees, they're kind and helpful now. Prices can't be beat, and they usually have a great selection. Very happy with our recent visits.

It was recommended that I check out the deals ar Thriftys. I had stopped shopping here some time ago. I always found it messy and the staff weren’t very pleasant. I went in the other day and what a difference. The staff were pleasant and chatty and the store was looking so much better. A couple empty spots but they said they were working on filling those with stock they were currently bring out! I will be back for sure!

I was at the store to make an exchange of some bottoms I bought online for my son. I needed the size up in them. They didn’t have them but the manager went above and beyond called the Aeropostale store to see if they had them. They did and the staff over there sat them aside for me. The customer service has really gotten better recently!
