I happened across James in a Google search when faced with a minor, but scary electrical emergency when a basement heating thermostat overheated and caught fire. Though no serious damage to the structure, I wanted the situation stabilized ASAP and eventually repaired. James dropped what he was doing and was at our home in 10-15 mins and got us out of danger WITHOUT CHARGE! He was back in a few days and did the necessary repairs and replacements and also supplied and installed three new smoke and carbon monoxide detectors at our request, given that only one of our three hardwired detectors were still working - luckily that was the one in the basement where the minor fire occurred. James is experienced, efficient, with very reasonable rates and also got us out of a scary emergency in record time. We were very thankful for his on-the-spot emergency call and highly recommend him for any electrical service you may need.

Mr. Thorne was professional and polite while in my home. He came in to remove and replace an electric heater. He did a great job and tell me if I have any problems with it he would come back.
