I was referred to Thompson Maldonado construction group by State Farm insurance who have them as a company on their list as trusted, professional and competent Construction. As it turns out, my particular claim wasn’t covered, but I contacted Thompson Maldonado anyway. Long story short they were very responsive and met every expectation of my to replace an 8 foot rotted out section of my main basement center beam supporting my upper floors in my 1910 built home. Because of the urgency they fit me into their busy schedule. They were so personable and responsive from the ladies in the office to the guys on the worksite. The guys on site went over and above by identifying the causation of the problem (beam rot) and even rectified that particular issue utilizing using their many years of experience and a touch of creativity, as best as practically was possible under the circumstances, to cure the cause and all the the work was quality, efficient, and very reasonable and affordable more than I’d anticipated. I will not hesitate to ever use them again or refer them to anybody else need of any kind of construction work, including critical structural matters such as mine. This work was done on a Saturday and they were done by noon. It literally took them couple of hours, which is a testament to their level of experience knowing just what to do which translates into . And I told him I wished him a relaxing nice rest of the day off and they said “oh no we’re going directly to another location to resume a siding remodel job” they were involved in. I was impressed with their customer service and hard-working ethos and dedication to their craft it helps that they appear to enjoy their craft and doing their job - they are family business and seem to reflect such values.

I needed a pet door installed in my 6-inch wall and they came out, as scheduled, and completed the job and I am very happy with the results. The only criticism I would have is that they could have put a barrier around the cutting area to prevent dust from escaping into the house, but all in all it was a fairly quick cleanup job. Communication throughout the project was always efficient and professional. Would use again. Recommended!
