I’m going to start by saying that I get a good price and delivery was on time but talking about the job done, not so happy. The house is a rental property so I went last week and the company came a month ago to fix some details and found some more but is frustrating to be calling for complaints on top of that from the beginning I stated my worries about the gutters and I was told to not be worried and now is leaking on every corner and last time they came they put the ladder and scratch the gutters in the areas they work now I need to spend over $700 for fixing all this problem and to be honest they were very polite every time I call but the workers they have don’t take pride in their job, so many people ask about our roof and I tell them I got a good price but I’m not gonna recommend if they have gutters because if anything happens they not fixing even if they say they will, because that was the most that I mention and after I paid that’s it now is my problem. Most of the time cheap is headache.

After many estimates and stressful meetings with salesmen, I had the pleasure of meeting Michael. He walked me through the process step by step. I had never had to have a roof replacement before and really had no idea other than the little bit of research that I found online. I felt comfortable with the estimate and the explanation of the process. The roof was started before the 4 week time line they gave me. Once the process began, it was a bit stressful with the materials being delivered and the overall noise, but that was of no-fault to the company as a whole. The proceess went smoothly, although a little delayed due to rain. I give them 5 stars because I feel they were honest and reliable. The only con I have is that the roofers themselves were quite messy, and didn't seem to take any care with my plants. Also, they broke a light and didn't even mention it. Although, the contract does mention that they are not responsible for broken plants, etc. I might add that AJ was amazing as well. He was so personable and kind. He came back quickly to retrieve the extra materials that were left behind. Overall, this was a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Thomas roofing for your roofing needs.

They replaced my roof a couple of years ago and they did a Great Job! I had a complication because I needed to replace the Super-gutters at the same time as the roof. Everything was coordinated and they are very professional! When my mother’s house needed fixed after a tree fell it, I gave them a call. They came out and patched it and gave me a quote (hole in roof and drip edge), it was repaired within a week. Their Quality of Work & Employees are Top Notch! They take pictures and document everything. Highly Recommended!
