Thomas offered to help me build a storage shed in our back yard in 2019. He provided excellent leadership, skills and ideas (I needed this!) as we worked on it together. I learned a lot through this simple project, and enjoyed spending time with him. Our shed still stands strong. It has good lines, looks fantastic, and blends in well with the other buildings in our complex. It has become a favourite place for our crows to gather as they wait for treats.

Thomas provided great service.  He patched a hole in drywall and painted.  He gave us different options and recommended where to get the paint custom matched.  We are very happy with the results.  As well, he replaced an electrical outlet and answered lots of questions.  He was friendly and knowledgeable and would highly recommend.

Thomas was early to arrive at the location to repair my dryer duct in my tight and cramped apartment suite. Upon arrival, Thomas was transparent and trustworthy on first interaction as he explained the part he procured wouldn't be adequate for the job. We went up to the suite to review the job and Thomas tried to troubleshoot and use what he was available before ultimately having to go to the hardware store to obtain the proper parts to complete the job. Once he returned, he was quick and efficient - yet still provided great conversation, care, and education on the repair. Thomas was communicative and clear throughout the whole job so that even though I wasn't able to see him working, I knew what he was working on. Clean and trustworthy, Thomas provided a complete invoice with a transparent breakdown of the services and parts to be paid. Thomas is a gem of a find and wouldn't even think twice of hiring him again in the future for more odd jobs in and around the home!

I had a unique request to mount climbing shelves to a wall for my cat, as I have some health issues and wasn't able to do it myself. Tom was prompt in response and attendance, and was very considerate of my thoughts along the way. Recruiting him also prevented me from accidentally drilling into any hidden electrical, which I surely would have done had I attempted it myself!
