I found Albert on Angie’s list. He was kind enough to email back-and-forth with me to figure out a plan to fix some siding. He always kept me updated about the job and when he was able to take a look. He was very honest about his estimate, and even though had to order a piece, he knew that he would still be within the estimate. He completed the job very quickly and beautifully. I would recommend This and That to anyone looking for a handyman.

I've worked with Albert on various small and bigger projects over the years and he is always great to work with. Hardworking, thorough, polite and prices are very fair .The most recent job was repainting my deck. Albert did a fantastic job--in one day--on a SUNDAY--to get it done. No mean feat given that there were some unexpected glitches and minor repairs to be done. Albert walked me through all of it presenting good cost-effective solutions and the pro's and con's. Would definitely work with/recommend!
