I contacted Zachary Youngblood in August and canceled my Homeowners and Auto policies effective August 15th. I have contacted him several times to see when I will receive my prorated refunds and have only received two replies. He is the reason I canceled with Grange Insurance. It has been 57 days and crickets. On the app, it shows that my policies were canceled on September 11th. I am going to file complaints everywhere. I would never go through the Youngblood Group again.
