I am SO happy that I decided to start practicing yoga at the Yoga Sanctuary in Punta Gorda this year! I took a one on one lesson and found it to be a fantastic way to get started! There are a great variety of classes, events and workshops to meet different people’s needs and expectations. The teachers are knowledgeable, welcoming, and personable. And I appreciate that they suggest variations on some of the asanas to accommodate our physical limitations.

There isn't enough space in this review box to express how absolutely magical and amazing The Yoga Sanctuary is! I am astounded that I hadn't left a review sooner, to be honest. Every teacher, every staff member there always goes above and beyond to share the beauty of yoga from their hearts and souls, and it will inspire you in ways you never dreamed of! Not only did I flourish as a student there, but I went on to take part in their top-notch teacher training program, where I earned my certification in 2013. The Yoga Sanctuary transformed my life in so many positive ways, and I am so thankful and grateful to have found such an amazing gem right in our area. If you are looking for just the right fit (either as a brand new student, or as a seasoned yogi), I highly recommend checking out The Yoga Sanctuary. You will not be disappointed :)
