This studio is very cozy and inviting. I took over 20 classes already. All instructors have been excellent. They offer many kinds of classes - arial yoga, relaxation, high intensity, hot yoga, warm yoga, and many others. Most recent class by the lake was excellent. The weather was nice, and the ducks came over. Francesca asked what we would like to work on, I requested back/spine. And we did a lot of stretches and flows for the spine. I am very grateful for that class. I feel great. Francesca guided the class very thoughtfully for all skill levels, she praised us and challenged us. She is upbeat and soft in her approach. Thank you.

I have been going to The Yoga House for a few years now and have taken a variety of classes. The instructors are wonderful, the classes fantastic, and I can guarantee classes labeled HOT/WARM deliver! The studio is stylish with a beautiful lake view and you may get to see some of the resident ducks and other wildlife!
