Went for a tour of the distillery and decided to taste a few products and have dinner. Staff were friendly and very knowledgeable about the processes and products. I would absolutely stop here again if I was in the area.

Chase takes pride in the drinks he makes and Liam is amazing in customer service. Great spot to sit and work. Basically Starbucks for people who like a good drink instead of coffee. I come here to work and sip on really good drinks.

My “Malt Mate” and I took a beautiful drive through the countryside to Guelph, so that we could explore the nuances of this Canadian Distillery. As whisky enthusiasts, we were very interested in discovering and learning all there is to know about Spring Mill so we could prepare for a whisky tasting at our whisky club. Well, I have to say that our tour guide Quaid, exceeded our expectations with a plethora of knowledge and captivated our attention throughout the tour with colourful description and intriguing stories around the distillery’s history, and how John Sleeman overcame many challenges in order to start up production of fine premium Canadian spirits! Spring Mill Distillery is a hidden gem in the centre of Guelph’s historic surroundings. A real treat and pleasure to visit!
